What Are Dermal Fillers?

Dermal fillers are injectable, gel-like substances made of hyaluronic acid, a molecule naturally found in the skin. They restore lost volume, enhance facial definition, smooth lines, and rejuvenate areas affected by ageing or facial imbalance. Fillers provide immediate results that continue to improve over 2–3 weeks as hydration increases and collagen is stimulated. They offer a natural, refreshed look without surgery and with minimal downtime.

What Can Dermal Fillers Treat?
  • Lips: volume, shape, hydration
  • Cheeks: lift, contour, replace lost volume
  • Tear Troughs: reduce tired under-eye hollows
  • Nasolabial Folds: soften deep creases
  • Marionette Lines: lift and smooth Jawline: sharpen and define
  • Chin: improve projection and profile
  • Temples: restore hollowing
  •  Non-Surgical Nose Reshaping

  • Full face contouring

  • Lower face rejuvenation

visible immediately, settle over ~2 weeks, typically last 6–18 months.

Most modern fillers contain a built-in local anaesthetic within the gel. The needles used are very fine, so most people find the treatment only mildly uncomfortable. We also apply a highly effective numbing cream beforehand, and, if needed, we can use a small local anaesthetic injection for extra comfort.

A numbing cream is first applied to ensure comfort. Small amounts of dermal filler are then carefully injected with an ultra-fine needle to gently lift and smooth the wrinkle or fold. After the procedure, cooling packs and a soothing cream are applied to calm the skin.
